What we process

• Account data (name, e-mail, password hash, roles/permissions).
• Technical logs (IP address, user-agent, access timestamps, requested URLs, security events).
• Support messages you send to us.

We do not use analytics/marketing on this portal.

Purposes & legal bases

• Authentication & account administration — GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (contract).
• IT security, abuse prevention, auditing — GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
• Support & communication — art. 6(1)(b)/(f), as applicable.

Processors / recipients

Essential service providers (e.g., hosting/colo, SMTP), under GDPR art. 28 agreements.

Transfers outside the EEA

If applicable, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

• Accounts: duration of use + up to 12 months after closure.
• Technical logs: 30–180 days (longer only for security incident investigation).
• Backups: rolling 30 days.
